Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Onbourd Alerts (the "Service"), operated by 9660 Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Onbourd Alerts provides historical price charts and educational analytics for NGX-listed companies. The Service is for information and education only. You cannot buy, sell, or trade securities through Onbourd, and we do not provide investment advice. See our Disclaimer.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (e.g. Paystack).
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with reasonable prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, reselling or redistributing our data, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it to break any law or third-party right.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Market data remains subject to the rights of its original providers. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any investment decision you make. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
